Job Description
We are seeking a driven Business Development Specialist to grow Farwest Corrosion Control Company’s presence across the Northeast region. This role is responsible for developing new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and managing opportunities through the full sales cycle in HubSpot.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and align Farwest solutions.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline in HubSpot.
- Achieve regional and company sales goals.
- Build and deliver presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate internally with teams.
- Represent Farwest at industry events.
- Travel as needed.
Required Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent driving record.
- Strong customer-facing confidence.
- Good organizational skills.
- Proven sales track record.
- Experience with CRM (HubSpot preferred).
- High initiative and accountability.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Industry experience preferred.

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures.
