ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Back up front desk and switchboard duties
- Heavy filing duties
- Approve vendor invoices for purchase orders
- Check and verify all GL codes, pricing and material
- Call vendors for invoice copies when needed
- Kitchen monitor
- Check xerox & fax machine papers
- Assist in other departments as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Exceptional communication and people skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Access, and Outlook
- Self starter, energetic, and enthusiastic
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with general office duties and front office preferred
