Customer Service/Inside Sales – Hayward, CA office
Job requirements:
- Communicate with customers regarding products, order status, technical issues, and any other needs as required by each customer.
- Manager customer service inquiries on a timely basis and provide accurate information to customer regarding order status, etc.
- Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Write technical product proposals per customer requests.
- Develop good working relationship with customer, suppliers and teammates.
- Conduct follow-up communication with clients to maintain good relationship
- Process orders in the company information and accounting system.
- Work closely with product suppliers and manufacturer representatives.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED as a minimum
- 1-2 years of computers experience including relevant software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
